'Enterprise' service module is part of ZORALab Integra Program focusing on setting up business email (e.g. [email protected]) from selected vendors using our industrial best practices especially related to Internet security.

Email Service Ready For Business

At the very core of the module is having the email services ready for business. We will enable your email service during off-hours so that when you’re back in office, your email communications as proceed as usual.

All email accounts' ingress and ergress traffics are fully tested before release to their respective owner.

Mailing List and Grouping Configured

Depending on your communications model (we will interview you to determine the traffic pattern), the mailing list and user group are setup properly to maximize the email values efficiently (not too much spam and yet reaching appropriate amount of recipients).

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC Configured

Rather than leaving your email service raw and bare in the Internet for face a lot of email spam rejection from your recipients, ZORALab ensures your email security elements such as but not limited to DKIM, SPF, and DMARC are properly configured so that you can communicate with peace in mind.

Signature Design (OPTIONAL)

Some customers are having trouble to design a proper HTML friendly enterprise email signature. For these cases, ZORALab can help you out by coding one master signature template and setup the self-help process for every member of your company to setup his/her own email account signature.

Data Migration Included

ZORALab does not stop at setting up the storage system; we include data migration tasks into this service module for a seamless enterprise-level transformation experience. Hence, when we release the delivery outcome to you, you can continue operating your business and focusing on learning the transformed technological experience.


To purchase this service module, you need to have the following facility done up and ready:

1) Domain Setup Completed

It is vital to own a domain setup as the email service needs to be located under it. This is required as remote access needs a trusted domain name to host itself for every member in the company to access across the Internet.

If you haven’t own a domain name, we have Domain Setup Service Module ready for you.

2) Owning a Mobile Phone

Some of our selected vendors require mobile phone number verifications and sometimes, requiring you to setup 2nd-factor authentication during the registrations. This is required for securing and safely authenticating your root administrative account.

A company debit or credit card is preferred but not a strict requirement.

3) Owned a Debit/Credit Card (OPTIONAL)

Since this is a cloud solution, our vendors may usually charge against a debit or credit card should you purchase their premium services. Hence, you’re required to own a debit/credit card to setup the vendor’s billing account if you’re into those situation. This is optional as the baseline services are usually free and suffice for small and medium businesses operations.

A company debit or credit card is preferred but not a strict requirement.
